SENDING FAXES - CHAPTER 6
FOR YOUR INFORMATION
The Comments Selection on the Cover Page
You can choose one comment from a choice of 6. The first option is to send no comment at
all. The next 3 are built-in comments, and the last two are ones you can enter yourself. (For
more information see below “Customising Your Cover Page Comment”.)

2. PLEASE CALL
3. URGENT
4. CONFIDENTIAL
5. (Your own customised comment up to 27 characters).
6. (Your own customised comment up to 27 characters).
Customising Your Cover Page Comment
You can customise the comment on your Cover Page as follows:
4. Press Z (left arrow) or X (right
arrow) to select 5 or 6 where you
wish to store a comment.
Example: 5.
5. Press Set.
6. Enter your customised comment by
using the number keys (up to 27
characters).
(See chap. 3 for more details.)
Example: TOP SECRET.
7. Press Set.
8. Press Stop to exit.
