How to Print Reports and Lists
All the reports and lists may be printed as follows:
KEYS TO PRESS THE DISPLAY WILL SHOW:

PRESS START KEY
PRINTING
1. Press Menu.
2. Press 3.
3. Press the number of the level two
function you wish to print.
Example: 1.PRINT JOURNAL.
4. Press Start.
Journal Period
A journal (activity report) can be printed at certain intervals that you specify. You have a
choice of setting the journal period to “OFF”, “1 hours”, “3 hours”, “6 hours”, “12 hours”,
“24 hours”, “2 days”, “4 days”, or “7 days”. The activity report will provide a list of all
outgoing and incoming faxes (up to 30) during that period. The initial setting is “OFF”.
Even if you set the journal period to OFF, the machine always records the latest 30 transactions
of outgoing & incoming faxes. So you can check them by printing the journal manually
(Menu 3-1).
