* 1st Guidance OGM: (Message Manager Plus Outgoing Message)
When the call is connected to your fax machine, the 1st Guidance OGM will tell the caller
that he/she should press 01

or 02

for access to the 2nd Guidance OGM for Voice-on-
Demand or mailbox, after the OGM.
The OGM also will tell that callers can leave voice messages or fax messages by pressing
the remote activation code after the OGM.
** 2nd Guidance OGM: (Voice-on-Demand, Mailbox Outgoing Message)
Next, the 2nd Guidance OGM will tell the caller the titles of information stored and their
memory box numbers. For the mailbox, it will tell the assigned persons’ names and mailbox
numbers.
Access to the Target Memory Box:
The caller can gain access to a memory box following the instructions of the 2nd Guidance
OGM. For the mailbox, the caller can record his/her fax or voice message into the target
mailbox after checking the name of the person assigned to that mailbox by the personal
mailbox OGM.

Recording Voice Information in a Memory Box
“Voice information” is the outgoing voice message you are recording in a memory box as a
selection available for your callers to hear.
Record voice information for the callers as follows:

REC/ERASE/PLAY?
1. Press Menu.
2. Press 9.
3. Press 4.
