The clearances and creepage distances (shown as X and Y, respectively, in
Figure D-4
and Table D-10) must be maintained between the card and
• The host chassis in which it is installed
• Any adjacent cards installed in the host chassis
The exception to this rule is the edge connector, which resides in the host chassis
backplane where no minimum distance applies.
