Resync with
Host PC
If you are using Business Manager accounting, the Resync with Host fea-
ture removes transaction from the mailin
g system and resets accounts,
operators and the Job ID 1 list with the default settings on the Business
Manager Host PC.
If necessary, you can manually resync the accounting information on the
mailing system t
o the settings on the Host PC.
1. Press the Account
s key.
2. Select ReSync
with Host. The Resync with Host screen displays with
the following warning message: “This action removes transactions!
Accounts, Operators and the Job ID 1 will be reset to the settings on the
Host.”
3. Select Ye
s to continue. The following message displays: ”Download In
Progress. Accounting information is being downloaded from Host.” The
main screen will reappear once the download is complete.
