Dialing A Number
The Voice tab displays a pho ne di ale r us ed to dial phone numbers. The Voice men u
provides c ommand s whic h all ow you t o manage your phone contacts , vie w your
phone histo ry, an d so on.
2.7.1 Dialing A Number
To make a phone c all , al l you n eed i s t he re cipient’s phone number.
• Type the re cip ient ’s phone number in the phone number entr y fi el d.
• Send button – tap t o dial the nu mber you type d.
• Backspace button – t ap t o er ase char acters in the phone number ent ry
field.
• End button – t ap to dis connec t t he pho ne cal l.
• Mute butt on – During a phone call , tap to mute sound tr ansmission. Tap
again to rest ore sound.
• + butto n – When making an inter nationa l cal l, the + sign can be used as
a universal s ubstitute for any i nte rnat ional dial ing p ref ix and is guar an-
teed to work worl dwide . The ent ry s eque nce must be a s fol lo ws:
+ country code followed by phone number.
Example: A standa rd pho ne number : 011 36 30 275 28466
using the + substitution i s typed as fol lows : +36 30 275 28466
The + symbol repl ace s t he universal dial ing prefix 011.
