•In the Call List, hi ghli ght t he p hone number with whic h you want to work.
• Choose a c ommand in t he dr op-down menu.
• Tap on the Execute button to car ry out th e command.
Services
The Service menu off ers a Call Forwarding option for yo ur hand-held. I f you
choose thi s opt ion, i t may t ake a number of seconds for your uni t t o rea d the
network set ti ngs.
To forward all calls:
• Tap in the check box nex t t o Forward all calls, an d the n type the phone
number to which al l i ncoming phone c all s will be rou ted.
To specify when a c all will be forwarde d, that is:
• Forwar d the call only when it is not an swered afte r a specifi ed number of
seconds,
• Forwar d the cal l when you have identi fi ed your sel f a s ‘u navai la ble’ , or
• Forwar d the cal l when your unit is b usy:
• Tap in the appr opri ate chec kbox, and enter the phone number to which t he
call will be routed.
