This section describes the pro-
cedures to delete an existing
Mailbox in a DP120F/DP125F
hub unit.
NOTE:
If a document exists in the
Mailbox you want to delete,
this operation is not allowed
until the document is re-
trieved, printed, or cancelled
from the Mailbox.
Turn the Flip Panel to the “50-
73” view to select the desired
Function Key.
Press:
Select “4.BOX SETUP” by
pressing:
Select “3.BOX DELETE” by
pressing:
Enter the Box number (max. 20
digits) of the Mailbox you want
to delete.
Then press:
If the entered Box number does
not have a password pro-
grammed, go to Step 6.
If the entered Box number has
a password programmed, the
screen below is displayed.
Go to Step 5.
