ROF mark measurement value < 0.97 mm
1. Select the [+] button are Reading Position to set an adjustment.
Note
Adjustment value = (0.97 mm - ROF mark measurement value)/0.5 mm (fractions rounded
off to a whole number).
2. Select the [Setting] button.
3. If the mark read error persists, perform the
Reading Position Change Procedure on page 26 of
this chapter.
