Indicator lamps
Names and functions of the indicator lamps provided on the front side of the printer area listed
in the table below.
No. Name Function
(1) Life Indicator Lamp (K) Off: Indicates the container has a sufficient amount
of toner.
Blink:Indicates the consumable is near end of life.
On:Indicates toner should be replaced now.
(2) Life Indicator Lamp (C)
(3) Life Indicator Lamp (M)
(4) Life Indicator Lamp (Y)
(5) Status Lamp (K) Off:Indicates the container has a sufficient amount of
toner.
Blink:Indicates toner is being supplied.
On:Indicates the toner container is removed, or the
container is empty. The machine is ready for container
replacement.
(6) Status Lamp (C)
(7) Status Lamp (M)
(8) Status Lamp (Y)
(9) Fuser Front Door Lamp Off: Indicates the Fuser Front Door cannot be opened.
On: Indicates the Fuser Front Door can be opened.
(10) Smoke Filter Indicator Lamp 1 Off: Indicates the installed Smoke Filter is still
effective.
On: Indicates the Smoke Filter needs replacing.
