INSTALLING THE CYLINDER HEAD
1. Install:
Sgasket (New)
1
Sdowel pins
2
2. Install:
Scylinder head
Swashers
Scopper washers
Scylinder head nuts
SApply engine oil onto the threads of the cylin-
der head nuts.
STighten the cylinder head nuts in the proper
tightening sequence as shown and torque
them in two stages.
Cylinder head Cap nut
35 Nm (3.5 mSkg)
Cylinder head nut
10 Nm (1.0 mSkg)
3. Install:
Sexhaust camshaft
Sintake camshaft
Refer to “INSTALLING THE CAMSHAFTS”.
