Example usage:
To view the cuurent authentication mode set on the Switch:
DGS3100# show ssh authmode

config ssh server
Purpose To configure the SSH server.
Syntax
config ssh server { timeout <sec 120-600> | port
<tcp_port_number 1-65535> }
Description The config ssh server command configures the SSH server.
Parameters timeout <sec 120-600> - Specifies the connection timeout. The
value may be between 120 and 600 seconds. The default is 600
seconds.
port <tcp_port_number 1-65535> - The TCP port number of the
server. TCP ports are numbered between 1 and 65535. The ‘well-
known’ port for the SSH management software is 22.
Restrictions Only administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To configure the SSH server:
DGS3100# config ssh server timeout 300 port 1000
Success.
DGS3100#
show ssh server
Purpose To display the SSH server setting
Syntax
show ssh server
Description The show ssh server command displays the current SSH server
settings.
Parameters None
Restrictions None
Example usage:
To display the SSH server:
DGS3100# show ssh server
SSH Server Status : disabled
SSH Max Session : 5
Connection timeout : 600
