Preset button — The Preset button has two primary functions (•) and two
secondary () functions:
Activates Save Preset mode to save a conguration as a preset and blinks
to indicate the selection.
Activates Recall Preset mode to activate a previously-dened preset and
lights steadily to indicate the selections.
With the Enter, View, and Esc buttons, select Serial Port Selection and
Configuration mode. See “Selecting the RS-232 Primary port’s baud rate”
on page 3-42.
Select 19200 baud for the RS-232 Primary port in Serial Port Selection and
Configuration mode and indicate the selection. See “Selecting the RS-232
Primary port’s baud rate” on page 3-42.

View (

) button — The View (

) button has one primary function (•) and
ve secondary () functions:
Select View-Only mode, which displays the current conguration and
indicates the selection.

View-only mode also provides a way to mute and unmute the outputs. See
“Muting and unmuting video and/or audio outputs” on page 3-31.
Decrease the RGB delay of switches to the selected output. See “Setting
RGB delay (computer video group only)” on page 3-23.
Decrease the audio level of the selected input. See “Viewing and
adjusting the input audio level” on page 3-34.
Decrease the volume of the selected output. See “Viewing and adjusting
the output volume” on page 3-38.
With the Enter, Preset, and Esc buttons, select Serial Port Configuration

Select 38400 baud for the RS-232 Primary port in Serial Port Selection and

Cancel operations or selections in progress and reset the front panel
indicators and ashes once to indicate that the function has been activated.

The Esc (

) button does not reset the current configuration, the Video selection
button and Audio selection button, any presets, or any audio gain or attenuation
or volume settings.
Increase the RGB delay of switches to the selected output. See “Setting

Increase the audio level of the selected input. See “Viewing and adjusting
