Vending Manager
This chapter describes the tasks for administering the Vending Manager. There are
two administration roles: Administrator and Customer Care agent. The role is
assigned when the Administrator account is created.
Only Vending Manager administrators can perform the following tasks:
Managing Categories
Creating, adding, and editing categories
Managing Catalog Content
Viewing content available from the Catalog Manager
Stocking content and updating the catalog
Managing Stocked Content
Modifying pricing
Updating content
Creating Customized Marketing Campaigns
Creating messages to send to subscribers
Managing Vending Manager Administrator Accounts
Creating and managing Vending Manager Administrator accounts
In addition to the tasks, the administrator also performs all the tasks that Customer
Care Agents perform.
Customer Care Agents perform the following tasks:
Viewing Stocked Content
Viewing the content stocked on the Vending Manager
Managing Subscriber Accounts
Creating and managing Subscriber accounts
Managing Subscriber licenses
Viewing download history
