If your Document Centre is equipped with the e-mail option, you will be able to create an
electronic file from a hard copy original and distribute the file through e-mail from your
Document Centre. This feature enables you to manually build an E-mail Address List or search
an Address Book. You can add and remove recipients and edit the Subject line of the e-mail
message.
The Machine Administrator can setup the e-mail environment and server protocols using
Internet Services. See the System Administration Guide for details.
