Basic Faxing Screen
The most commonly used faxing features can be found on the Basic
Faxing Tab.
Dialing Options
The Dialing Options area contains a window where the telephone
number entered is displayed. Once it is displayed you can add it to a
list of destination telephone numbers, add a special character, or
access a list of up to 30 stored telephone numbers.
Add to Send List/Send List Selection:
The Document Centre allows you to send a fax to multiple locations.
To send a Fax to multiple locations, you simply have to build a list
of destination telephone numbers. This list is known as the Send
List.
To add a number to the send list, simply enter the number using the
keypad or the Phone List and press the Add to Send List button. You
can also access stored numbers by pressing the Phone List.
The number on the Send List button will change indicating how
many telephone numbers currently reside in the send list.
If you press the Send List button, you can view and delete telephone
numbers.
