Confirm that the cables are connected correctly. (Refer to Figures 3-12 and 5-3..)

Tighten the screws while pulling the printhead as shown below to secure the printhead firmly.

Step 12: Install the cable cover and the FPC cover.
Step 13: Wipe off any stains from the carriage guide shaft, lubricate both ends of the carriage guide shaft
with the included oil (0-2), and spread the oil over the shaft by moving the carriage manually.

When you install the printhead, perform the platen gap motor value adjustment (ALPHA value write
operation) described in Section 4.1.7).
