INSTALLING THE
PRINTER DRIVER
for Macintosh
If the options, such as the optional cassettes and the Duplex Unit, etc., are installed on the
printer, they must be added in the printer driver.
When the PPD file is installed for the first time, proceed to step 3 since the “Installable Options”
setting screen appears after the file is installed.

Select this machine from the
“Chooser” screen, and click on
[Setup].

Click on [Configure].
● The “Installable Options” setting screen
appears.

Select items according to the options
being used currently, and click on
[OK].

● Duplex Unit
If the Duplex Unit is installed, select “Installed”.
● Cassette 2
If cassette 2 is installed, select “Installed”.
● Cassette 3
If cassette 3 is installed, select “Installed”.
● Cassette 4
If cassette 4 is installed, select “Installed”.
