TROUBLE-
SHOOTING
When printing is not performed even after being sent from the computer, check the following:
NOTES:
After performing any of the actions above, do a Test Print. See NETPANEL FUNCTION -
PRINTER MANAGEMENT - Reset Printer and Test Print Page . If the Test Printing cannot
be performed, please contact the network administrator or call for service.
Check Item Action
Is the power ON? Turn ON the power of the machine.
Is the network cable connected?
Connect the network cable correctly.
Is paper set? Set paper in the required cassette.
Is any error message displayed? Confirm the error message, then do the required action.
