Select a printer that you want to view
information about, then click on
[Show Properties] or [Show Status].
● When you click [Show Properties], the
properties for the selected printer is displayed.
● When you click [Show Status], the status of
selected printer is displayed.

Click on [View Group] on the Task
bar.
● The list of groups is displayed.

Select a group and click on [OK].
● The list of printers added to the selected group
is displayed.
This function allows system administrators to display the group list and view the properties for a
printer belonging to a group.
