config scheduling
3 specifies 3 X 16 = 48 ms. The queue will continue transmitting the
last packet until it is finished when the max_latency timer expires.
Restrictions Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To configure the traffic scheduling mechanism for each queue:
DES-3526:admin# config scheduling 0 max_packet 100
max_latency 150
Command: config scheduling 0 max_packet 100 max_latency
150
Success.

show scheduling
Purpose Used to display the currently configured traffic scheduling on the Switch.
Syntax
show scheduling
Description
The show scheduling command will display the current traffic
scheduling mechanisms in use on the Switch.
Parameters None.
Restrictions None.
Example usage:
To display the current scheduling configuration:
DES-3526:admin# show scheduling

config 802.1p user_priority
Purpose Used to map the 802.1p user priority of an incoming packet to one
of the four hardware queues available on the Switch.
Syntax
config 802.1p user_priority <priority 0-7> <class_id 0-3>
Description This command allows users to configure the way the Switch will
map an incoming packet, based on its 802.1p user priority, to one of
the four available hardware priority queues on the Switch.
The Switch’s default is to map the following incoming 802.1p user
priority values to the four hardware priority queues:
