3.5.1. Soft Keys Setup – Graphical Display Only
General introduction This section describes the Soft Key setup for your graphical display
123 Print projects.
As described in Section 3.2 – User Interface, a 123 Print graphical
display printer project provides a Footer option to display the function
of the Datamax printer keys.
123 Print allows you to define the function of these keys on a project-
by-project basis, thus making them Soft Keys.
This section describes how to:
Define the function of the Datamax printer keys
Setup what is displayed in the footer of your project screens
Soft Keys Setup To enter Soft Keys setup, you must first have a project open. Then,
1 Click the System Setup button on the left-
hand side of the main window
Alternatively, on the menu bar:
2 Click Project
3 Click System Setup
The System Setup screen is displayed as shown here:
4 Click the Soft Keys button
