Note: Any hexadecimal value can be entered in the serial data stream.
In order to define an ASCII character by its hexadecimal format, use
the \ (back slash) character in front of the hexadecimal value.
\02 represents the Start-of-Text value.
\03 represents the End-of-Text value
\0D\0A represents the sequence “carriage return – line feed”.
