5.3 Part Names
The following table shows part names of the Q64TCN.
Number Name Description
1)
RUN LED Indicates the operating status of the Q64TCN.
On Operating normally
Off
• The watchdog timer error has occurred.
• Online module change enabled.
• CPU stop error has occurred when all channels are set to "CLEAR" on Switch Setting.
2)
ERR. LED Indicates the error status of the Q64TCN.
On Hardware fault (Including no connection of a cold junction temperature compensation resistor)
Flashing
Write data error is occurring

Off Operating normally
3)
ALM LED Indicates the alert status of the Q64TCN.
On Alert is occurring.
Flashing
• Temperature process value (PV) came out of temperature measurement range.
• Loop disconnection was detected.
• Temperature sensor is not connected.
Off Alert is not occurring.
4)
HBA LED
Indicates the heater disconnection detection status or the output off-time current error status of the
Q64TCTTBWN and Q64TCRTBWN.
On
Either of the following is detected.
• Heater disconnection
• Output off-time current error
Off
Neither of the following is detected.
• Heater disconnection
• Output off-time current error
