This section explains the values that can be set in the PCL 6 Settings and the setting procedure.
11.2.1 List of PCL 6 Settings Items
Menu Item Description
Paper Tray Sets the paper tray that supplies paper.
Available options:
• Auto *
• Tray 1
• Tray 3
• Tray 4
• Tray 5 (Bypass Tray)
• Tray 6 (High Capacity)
When Auto is selected, the various paper sizes in Output Size will be available.
When any of the specific tray is selected, only Adjust to Specified Tray will be
displayed in Output Size and no other options of paper size will be available for
selection.
Output Size Sets the paper size.
Available options:
•A5
•B5
• A4 *
•B4
•A3
• 8.5 × 11"
• 8.5 × 13"
• 8.5 × 14"
• 11 × 17"
• 5.5 × 8.5"
Output Destination Sets to output with printed page facing down.
Available options:
With the standard paper output device installed
• Output Tray *
With the optional Finisher installed
• Finisher Tray 1*
• Finisher Tray 2
Output Orientation Sets the orientation for printing for PCL only.
Available options:
• Portrait *
• Landscape
