There are occasions when you
may wish to secure access to
incoming documents. Secure
RX allows you to receive docu-
ments to memory until a security
code is entered. This ensures
that only users with the correct
security code may retrieve
documents. In addition, the Se-
cure RX can be setup to auto-
matically be activated during a
specified time period.
To setup Secure RX, a 4-digit
security code must be pro-
grammed first. After program-
ming the security code, you can
specify the time period during
which the Secure RX will be ac-
tive. 24-hour coverage for spe-
cific days of the week is select-
able. This section describes the
procedure for programming a
security code or changing an
existing security code.

To select a security code for the
first time or to change an exist-
ing security code, press:

If the security code already ex-
ists and you wish to change the
current code, go to Step 4.
When you enter a security code
for the first time, go to Step 5.
