The key test checks key
switch operation on the Opera-
tion Panel.

If all the keys except
have been detected, the screen
below is displayed.

Exit the Key Test

Press:
The result of the key test (“OK”
or “NG”) is displayed on the
screen, and the unit returns to
the test item select screen of
the individual test.
Unless
is pressed
within 10 seconds after the
screen in Step 2 is displayed,
the test result is judged to be
NG.
NOTE:
If you press
before
you press every other key,
the machine will reset to the
Individual Test menu screen
and no test result will be is-
sued.
KEY TEST
OK
The result of the key test can
be confirmed with the self test
report. To print the self test re-
port, refer to “PRINTING A
TEST RESULT” on page 252.
If the result of the key test is
judged to be NG, call your ser-
vice representative.
