When you open the front cover, the following message appears:

Grasp the maintenance tray by the front edge (marked with a blue
ÒBÓ label) and lift up while sliding it out of the printer. Place the
maintenance tray on a level surface.
Note
Once the maintenance tray has been partially used, it leaks drum
fluid if tipped. Never ship a partially used maintenance tray.
Never move or ship a printer with a maintenance tray
installed. Contact with the drum fluid poses no known health
risk. Refer to “MSDS for silicone oil (drum fluid)” on page 11-6
for more information.
