owner, this Unid en Pr od uct to be fre e from defects in materials an d craftsmanship
with only th e limitatio ns or exclusions set out belo w.
WARRANTY DURATION: T h i s w ar r an ty to the o r ig i nal user s ha l l te rm i na te an d be
of no further effect 12 months after the date of original retail sale. The war ranty is
i nval id if the Product i s ( A) dam aged or not maintained as reasonable or
neces sary, (B) modifi ed, al tered, or used as par t of any c onversi on ki ts,
subass emblies , or any c onfigurat ion s not sold by Uniden, (C) improperly installed,
(D) serviced or repaired by someone other than an authorized Uniden service
center for a defect or malfunction covered by this warranty, (E) used i n any
conjunct io n with eq uipment or part s o r as part of a ny syst em not manuf actu red by
Uniden, or (F) installed or programmed by anyone other than as detailed by the
Op eratin g Gui de fo r this p ro du ct.
STATEMENT OF REMEDY: In the eve nt that th e pr oduct doe s n ot confor m to this
warra nt y at any t ime while this warrant y is in effect, warrantor will repair t he def ect
and return i t to y ou without charge for par ts , servic e, or any other cost ( exc ept
shipping and handling) incurred by w arrantor or its representatives in connection
wit h t he perf ormance of this wa rranty. THE LIMI TED WARRANTY SET F ORTH
ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND ENTIRE WARRANTY PERTAININ G TO THE
PRO DUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF AND E XCLUDES AL L OTHER WARRANTIE S OF
AN Y NATURE WHATS OEVER, W HETHER E XPRESS, IMPLIE D OR AR ISING
BY OPERATION OF LAW, IN CLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITE D TO ANY IMPLIED
