T his s etting contr ols whether the s canner treats the channel as a pr iority channel
while scan ning. Se lect On or Off, then press F.
On — when y ou turn on the P riorit y f eature, t he chann el will be sc anned ev ery 2
seconds.
Off — t he channel will not be treated with priority. The def ault s etting is Off

Set Alert (1 to 9) F
Off — the scanner does not alert you when the channel becom es acti ve.
Alert 1 - 9 — the scanner sounds an aler t beep to noti fy you that the channel
has become active. Yo u can choose a ny of 9 dif f eren t beep t ypes. Once yo u
