For analog signal input:
The input level of video s ignal differs among devices to be connected.
High input level causes solid white in displayed image a nd low input
level causes displayed im age to get dark. Use this menu to adjust the
input level of analog v ideo signal.

For digital signal input:
AUTO: T he proper setting is automatically selected. (Selectable only
when HDMI signal is input.)
ENHANCED: Select when solid black occurs.
NORMAL: Select when grayish blac k occurs.

Use to demonstrate the effect of SUPER RESOLUTION.
COLOR MATRIX
Use to demonstrate the effect of COLOR MATRIX.
When CO LOR ENHANCER is sRGB, CLE AR BASE or BLUE BASE, COLOR TEMP., COLOR, TINT and COLOR MATRIX
can’t be adjusted.
You can set MULTI-SCREEN in the COLOR ENHANC ER me nu only when E DG E BLENDING is O N or CO LOR M ATCHING is
MANUAL or MEASURE. In this case, you cannot set any other items than MULTI-SCREEN.
This product is not in com pliance with DICOM Part 14. Do not use this product for ac tual m edical diagnosis.
When the se tting of COLOR E NHA NCER is changed, th
e displayed image may be disturbed.
The effect obtained wh en S UPE R RESOLUTION is ON varies depending on the type and resolution o f the input ima ge. In
addition, the vertical line of the colored characters may be blurred.
When the CO M PUTER1, COMPUTER2, DVI, HDMI or SDI (for PHW U-81B only) is selected as the input source, COLOR and
TINT can’t be adjusted.
TINT is available only when the NTSC signal is input.
INPUT LEV EL is unavailable when the digital signal
is supplied from the Y CBCR/YP BP R terminal of the connected device.
Captions are not displayed w hile inform ation about the menu or input signal selection is being displayed on the screen.
The closed caption function displays text information included in the NT SC s ignal, which is mainly used for TV broadcasting in
North America.
