The auto position function is activated.
• Regardless of the setting of LAMP MODE, the STANDARD lamp mode is activated by default whenever the projector is turned
on. When LAMP MODE has been set to L OW, the lamp mode changes from STANDARD to LOW about 2 minutes after turn-on.
• When the ambient oper ating temperature is high, the brightness of the lamp isn’t changed by switching the lamp mode.
• When the lamp mode is switched, the p rojected image may flicker.
• Frequent switching of t he lamp mode may damage the lamp.
• When using the projector for a long time, set LAMP RE LAY.
• While the lamps are being warmed up, an icon is displayed to the right of the INSTALLATION 1 menu bar. W hile the ic
on
is being displayed, you canno t set LAMP S ELE CT and LAMP RELAY. And an icon is displayed while the operating ambient
temperature is high. While the icon is being displayed, th e lam p m ay not brighten even when you change the LAMP MODE to
STA NDARD.
• After you switch the lamps and the newly selected lam p turns on, you cannot turn off the projector for approx. 1 minute.

AUTO POWER O N ON / O F F When ON is chosen, the projector is automatically turn on when the
power co rd is plugged in the wall outlet. Choose ON when using the
projector mounted on the ceiling.
→ The projector is in the stand-by mode when the lamp is off. Use the
remote control to turn on the lamp.
AUTO POWER O FF OFF / 5min-8hour When no video signal is input and no operation is m ade, the projector
automatically turns off after t he selected time period. A d ialog is
displayed 5 minutes be fore the projector turns off.
