Monitor the Status of the Machine from Your Computer (Macintosh)
The Status Monitor utility is a configurable software tool for monitoring the status of a device, allowing you to get
immediate notification of error messages such as document jam. The Status Monitor starts from the ControlCenter2.

Click the (ControlCenter2) icon in the menu bar and then select Open.
The ControlCenter2 window will appear.
Note
If (ControlCenter2) icon is not displayed in the menu bar, double-click the ControlCenter icon.
The ControlCenter icon is in Macintosh HD/Applications/Brother.
The
(ControlCenter2) icon will appear in the menu bar.

Select the DEVICE SETTINGS tab.

Click the Status Monitor button.
The Status Monitor window will appear and display the status of devices.
