• Every 5 minutes—Statistics are gathered when you click Start Monitoring,
and refreshed at 5-minute intervals.
• Every 1 hour—Statistics are gathered when you click Start Monitoring, and
refreshed at 1-hour intervals.
Start Monitoring
Click to start monitoring QoS statistics.
Select QoS Parameters for Monitoring
Select the traffic direction and type of statistics you want to monitor.
Direction
Click either Input or Output.
Statistics
Select one of the following
• Bandwidth
• Bytes
• Packets dropped
All Traffic—Real-Time—Business-Critical—Trivial
Cisco SDM displays statistics for all traffic classes in bar chart form, based on the
type of statistic you selected. Cisco SDM displays a message instead of a bar chart
if there are not adequate statistics for a particular traffic type.
Associating a QoS Policy With an Interface
Step 1 Go to Interfaces and Connections > Edit Interface/Connection.
Step 2 From the Interface List, choose the interface to which you want to associate a QoS
policy.
Step 3 Click the Edit button.
Step 4 Click the Application Service tab.
