Local Polling
1. On the control panel, press the Fax button.
2. Select the Fax Options tab.
3. Select Local Polling.
4. Select one of the following options:
• Off.
• Non-Secure Polling.
• Secure Polling.
5. Select Save when the changes are complete.

Remote Polling
1. On the control panel, press the Fax button.
2. Select the Fax Options tab.
3. Select Remote Polling.
4. Select one of the following options:
• Poll a Remote Fax.
• Poll a Remote Mailbox.
5. Select Save when the changes are complete.

Build Job
Build Job allows assorted sets of originals, each with different settings, to be combined into one job.
This feature is especially useful for jobs scanned on the document glass. Refer to the System
Administrator Guide for more information on Build Job.
