Right Side of the Control Panel
1. Alphanumeric Keys
2. Log In/Out
To access password protected features, press
this button and enter the user name and
password using the touch screen. Press this
button again to log out.
3. Help
Press to view a help message about the
current selection on the control panel
display.
4. Indicator Light
Blinks when the printer is receiving a print
job. Illuminates when the printer is in energy
saving mode.
5. Clear All
Press once to return to the default main
menu. All job settings are reset to default.
6. Interrupt Printing
Press to pause a print job. Press this button
again to resume printing. This button does
not pause copy, scan or fax jobs.
7. Stop
Press to interrupt a print, copy, scan, or fax
job. If more than one type of job is in
process, select the job to cancel on the
control panel display.
8. Start
Press to start a copy, scan, or fax job.
