Changing the switch type in Windows 2000
Note: The following section assumes that you are logged on to a Windows 2000
system as Administrator. If you are not logged on as Administrator, you
might not be able to perform all the steps outlined in this chapter.
To change the switch type in Windows 2000, do the following:
1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel to open the Control Panel. Double-
click the System icon.
2. Click the Hardware tab, then the Device Manager button.
