Feature Options Help Text Description
Serial Console Features
If enabled, BIOS uses the specified serial
port to redirect the console to a remote ANSI
terminal. Enabling this option disables Quiet
Boot.

If enabled, BIOS uses the specified serial
port to redirect the console to a remote ANSI
terminal. Enabling this option disables Quiet
Boot. For Serial Over LAN, select Serial B.
When the Intel
Management Module is
present, the help text
directs the user to
select Serial B for Serial
Over LAN.
