system. The application can use this to obtain an accurate
time.

<tformat> was a valid format specifier.
The TOD string has two possible formats:
NOTE: The time is reported in UTC.
Format 0:
<YYYY>:<DOY> <HH:MM:SS>
Format 1:
<DD> <MM> <YYYY> <HH:MM:SS>
The format fields have the following
definitions:
<YYYY> Year
<DOY> Day of Year (starting with 0
for Jan 1)
<HH> Hours, 24 hour format
<MM> Minutes
<SS> Seconds
<DD> Day of month, same as
standard calendar days
<MM> Numeric month, starting
at 1
ERROR An unsupported syntax or <tformat> was
entered. Or unable to report time because
the system has not been acquired yet.
