Caution • An improperly connected cable can cause this warning. The printhead
is hot and can cause severe burns. Allow the printhead to cool.
&DXVH 6ROXWLRQ
The printhead is under temperature.
Continue printing while the printhead
reaches the correct operating temperature. If
the error remains, the environment may be
too cold for proper printing. Relocate the
printer to a warmer area.
Printhead data cable is not properly
connected.
Disconnect and reconnect data cable to the
printhead. Ensure that the cable connector is
fully inserted into the printhead connector.
&DXVH 6ROXWLRQ
Cutter blade is in the media path. Turn off the printer power and unplug the
printer. Inspect the cutter module for debris
and clean as needed following the cleaning
instructions in To clean the cutter, complete
these steps: on page 117.
