Problem Documents
❑ To prevent paper jams in the ADF, do not use any of the following in the
MultiPASS:
❑ Remove all staples, paper clips, or any other fasteners before loading the
document into the ADF.
❑ Make sure any glue, ink, or correction fluid on the paper is completely dry
before loading the document into the ADF.
❑ If you have a document that will not feed into the MultiPASS properly, make a
photocopy of the document, then load the copy instead.
