Use the numeric keypad to enter the call group s for this number. There are 32
possible call group s, numbered 1 32.
Here, we ve entered 6 to assign this speed-dial number to Call Group 6:
If you want to assign the number to more than one call group, insert a comma
after each number (except the last one) by pressing
GROUP

Erasing a speed-dial number

Note: If the speed-dial number that appears is other than 001 , it means that
001 is empty.

Use the numeric keypad to enter the three-digit identifier for the speed-dial num -
ber you want to erase. Here, we ve selected 005:

If you want to erase a dif ferent speed-dial number than the one that appears on
the
LCD
, enter that number now.

Note: If you want to quit without erasing the speed-dial number you ve selected,

CANCEL
.The fax will return to step 2.

to erase the number.
To erase another speed-dial number, repeat step s 2 5. Or press

Printing a list of speed-dial numbers
Y ou can easily print a list of your speed-dial numbers. The list includes each number s
three-digit identifier , the Location
ID
(if any), number and any group numbers you ve
stored for that speed-dial number.
To print a list of speed-dial numbers, press Program key,
