1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 SUMMARY
By installing the MFP software (Jet Suite), the following MFP (Multi-Function Peripheral)
function can be realized.
Example:
• PC Printer function (300/Q600 dpi) 8 PPM (at NA Letter)
• PC Scanner function 300 dpi
• PC FaxModem function (TIA/EIA Class 1)
• PC Memory function
• PC Multiplex function Enable
Interface between Fax machine and Host PC consists of three layer structure as detailed
below, Each sub-system can be operated at the same time by adopting a Oki-MFPI
protocol in both Fax machine and Host PC.
