Configure Switch A:
1 Set GigabitEthernet3/1/1 as a trunk port and allow all the VLANs to pass through.

[SW8800-GigabitEthernet3/1/1]port trunk permit vlan all
2 Enable GVRP on the trunk port.

Configure Switch B:
1 Enable GVRP globally.
