config all_boxes_id
Purpose Used to configure box IDs for switches in a stack.
Syntax
config all_boxes _id [static_mode | auto_mode]
Description This command will determine the mode of assigning box IDs.
Parameters static_mode – Box IDs are assigned by the user.
auto_mode – Box IDs are assigned automatically.
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
Usage Example:
To configure box type:
DGS-3324SRi:4#config all_boxes_id auto_mode
Command: config all_boxes_id auto_mode
