In Int'l com mode, a lower baud rate will be employed. In the operation procedure shown on the
next page it is assumed that you are calling overseas.
Overseas telephone numbers, including the country code, can be registered using the func-
tions of Program dial and Abbreviated dial. For detail, see "Setting Abbreviated Dial Num-
bers" (p. 13-2).

Int'l com mode will be turned OFF automatically on completion of overseas communica-
tion.
Functions incompatible with Int'l com
Polled Tx, Polling Rx, Bulletin
1. Press [FA X] on the control panel to view the FAX Basic
screen, if it is not already displayed.
2. Press APPRICATION on the FAX Basic screen.
3. Press Int'l com.
To release the setting, press CANCEL or press Int'l com again.
4. Press OK.
Int'l com mode is selected and you return to the FAX Basic screen.
