Setting Relayed Transmission
The FK-102 Type-A provides the ability to relay transmission to multiple stations that use F-
codes.
For your FK-102 Type-A to serve as a relay station, a relay box number, relay password and des-
tination dial group to which information is to be distributed must be defined for your FK-102 Type-
A.
The procedures for registering relayed transmission to multiple stations, changing relayed trans-
missions, and deleting relayed transmissions are described below.
• Relay box number:...................... One out of five boxes, 100-104, can be designated.
• Relay password: ......................... Designate a 4-digit number.
• Destination dial group number:... Designate one of the dial groups defined for your FK-102
Type-A.
•
The information defined must be given to the station (FAX) that will issue relay requests.
• It is required that the destination dial group number you are going to define here must be
defined as a dial group number in advance. To define dial group numbers, see Setting
Dial Groups (p. 13-20).
• For operation of relay request, see Relay Transmission Request (p. 10-43).
