Report Output Set
You may select the Report output set to be On or Off. This settings prints the reports of communi-
cation management, communication result and reservation, and the input/output trays for the
reports. If ON is selected, the manner of printing may also be selected.
• Communication Journal: OFF* / Daily / 100 com. / 100 & Daily
When Daily is set, Communication Journal is printed our at
9 o'clock in every morning.
• Transmission report: Always / Only error * / OFF
• Sequential Tx report: ON* / OFF
• Tx reservation report: ON* / OFF
• Confidential Rx report: ON* / OFF
• Bulletin Tx report: ON* / OFF
• Relay Tx result report: ON* / OFF
• Relay Request Rx report: ON* / OFF
• Relay print ON / OFF*
• PC-Fax Tx Error Report: ON* / OFF (With optional print controller)
• Sync. Result Rpt output: All stn* / each stn
• Tx result report select: ON / OFF*
• Paper tray for reports: Tray1 / Tray2* / Tray3 / Tray 4 / LCT/ Bypass
• Exit tray for reports: Tray 1 / Tray 2 / Tray 3 / Tray 4*
* indicates factory default setting.

Select ON in "Tx result report select screen," the transmission report will be printed if YES
is selected. The report will not be printed if NO is selected.
• Tray used depends on trays installed.
