Folded Original
The document size may not be detected properly if it has folds. The FK-102 Type-A determines
the document size and reads such document into memory before starting transmission. This
function can be used only when the original is read with the RADF.

• The RADF must be used. Z folded original does not work with the platen glass.
• The pages following the first page will be assumed to be the same size as the first page.
If those pages have different sizes, select Mixed original not Folded original.
Functions incompatible with Folded original
Mixed original, Long original, Polling Rx, Bulletin board polling Rx
1. Press [FA X] on the control panel to view the FAX Basic
screen, if it is not already displayed.
2. Press APPLICATION on the FAX Basic screen.
3. Press Special Original.
