Removing and reinstalling the
stapler unit cover
CAUTION Make sure that the power
cord of the MFP is
unplugged from the power
outlet.
WARNING! Be careful when you
detach the finisher from the
MFP. If you pull out the
stacker unit, the finisher
may fall. This may cause
injury.
Procedure
1 Open the front door.
2 Draw the stacker unit out.
3 Remove the two screws securing the rail
stopper. Further pull the stacker unit out.
CAUTION Place something under the
drawn stacker unit to
prevent the finisher from
falling due to the weight of
the unit.
4 Remove five screws and detach the cover.
5 Reinstall the above parts following the
removal steps in reverse.
